This short episode is about why reported death-bed conversions of famous thinkers in history shouldn’t be taken seriously.

For me it points to the weakness of the argument in general that this is the kind of but-what-abouts that they’re resorting too. Because we all know that when you’re at death’s door, knowing you’re about to leave your loved ones, is when you do your most well reasoned rational thinking.
